4-STAR BUSINESS HOTEL LOCATED IN AL KHOBAR WITH 254 ROOMS, 3 BASEMENTS, GROUND FLOOR, MEZZANINE AND 11 FLOORS
Scope :
Design review, supply, and installation of domestic water supply network extension, including cold water booster pumps (PPR PN 25 piping and valves), hot water circulating pumps with headers for central boilers and calorifiers. Works include complete water supply, firefighting, and HVAC systems, along with electrical services for lighting, power, data, telephone, and MDBs in meeting rooms, pump rooms, and public areas.
